Trouble logging in? BOTH username and password is case-sensitive, so make sure those are correct!

Didn't get an invite? Currently only early adopters have been invited. Also, make sure you signed up with the correct email! Sometimes typos can mean for lost invitations.

I got the invite but it doesn't work, I'm on an Android btw, Motorola e4 to be exact ??
I was wondering if there is a way, currently, to earn the gem currency? If there isn't, will it eventually be a premium currency (no worries if it is, I'm just wondering haha).

hey, those were alpha testers, who had access to many more bases. we'll slowly add back more bases in the future, we'll introduce a base unlock system!

please try replying to the email invite with the gmail account you want to use as tester, and the info that you're on Android. one of these was missing when we added testers!

there's currently no way to earn gemz, and yes it is the game's premium currency. I'll try and add a way to earn it for free players as well, though it won't be as easy as coinz!
and you can interact with petz hourly; each pet remembers the last time you clicked it. this cooldown time may change in the future, depending on what we feel the gameplay needs!
I would also like to know if there will be customable bases in the future. You see I am not so much into coloring and really would love making the base, it would make the pets more unique and bring out the artists talent. If that can't be added could I help make bases ( I'm not expecting that to be a yes but who knows)? Also sorry for two questions.
I received a beta invite, but apparently didn't have an account attached to that email, so I created an account using that email(this one) and still can't sign into the app. I feel stupid, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If I had an account before, it would've been attached to the email I received the beta invite on.

We have plenty of bases made already, they're just locked and hidden from view until we finish a base unlock feature. HOWEVER, please feel free to share your base designs in
Petz Chat forum, if we see anything we like we'll contact you! Anyone can feel free to submit bases for consideration (we wouldn't use anything until we got your consent of course). While we're not actively seeking to add bases at the moment, it's not out of the question in the future!

Hey, you can create an account in Pixel Petz using ANY email. You only need the invite for downloading the app. Or do you mean you're having trouble downloading it? If so, please reply to the beta invite with the email you need added, and which platform (iOS/Android), we can just add you again!
