Please update your game but no update - UltimateKitty - 03-23-2019

I’ve been stuck on the “please update your game” message for maybe a little more than a week now on iOS, but every time I go to check there isn’t an update available. I read on another post that iOS updates need to be processed for approval, could that be what’s going on? It’s just been a little while so I’m kinda confused on whether my game is being weird or if Apple takes a long time to approve stuff lol
