I would also like to know if there will be customable bases in the future.  You see I am not so much into coloring and really would love making the base,  it would make the pets more unique and bring out the artists talent. If that can't be added could I help make bases ( I'm not expecting that to be a yes but who knows)?  Also sorry for two questions.

We have plenty of bases made already, they're just locked and hidden from view until we finish a base unlock feature. HOWEVER, please feel free to share your base designs in Petz Chat forum, if we see anything we like we'll contact you! Anyone can feel free to submit bases for consideration (we wouldn't use anything until we got your consent of course). While we're not actively seeking to add bases at the moment, it's not out of the question in the future!

I received a beta invite, but apparently didn't have an account attached to that email, so I created an account using that email(this one) and still can't sign into the app. I feel stupid, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If I had an account before, it would've been attached to the email I received the beta invite on.

Hey, you can create an account in Pixel Petz using ANY email. You only need the invite for downloading the app. Or do you mean you're having trouble downloading it? If so, please reply to the beta invite with the email you need added, and which platform (iOS/Android), we can just add you again!
